How returns work

01Submit your request
Fill in the form below with your order details. It takes less than 2 minutes.
02Get your return label
Within 24 hours we email you the approval, your return label and instructions.
03Send it back
Pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off with the carrier.
04Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued within 5–10 business days.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Are returns free?

Yes. Returns are free of charge: we send you a prepaid return label once your request is approved.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Of course. Choose “Exchange” in the form and tell us the size you need. We ship the new size as soon as your return is on its way.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry about that. Choose “Item damaged or defective” as the reason and describe the problem. We will make it right as a priority.
