Where do I find my tracking number?
It is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our warehouse. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it.
My tracking number shows no information yet.
Carriers usually need 24–48 hours to scan a new parcel. If there is still no update after 2 business days, contact us and we will check it for you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not shipped yet, email us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address and we will update it.
My parcel says delivered but I don’t have it.
Check around your property and with neighbours, and wait up to 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark parcels early. Still missing? Contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
